COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING CLINICS AVAILABLE TO YOU
Coaching clinics occur over 2 days of a weekend covering all aspects of BMX delivered to either regions, clubs, groups or organisations.
All riders are split into groups of ability and speed, rather than age, allowing delivery of skills and tactical components to be applicable for the group ensuring acceleration in learning.
Each group receives 2 - 2.5 hours of training per day giving them a total of 5 hours of training/coaching. Coaching and feedback to all other coaches and individuals involved is also crucial to these weekends allowing further learning. Outside influencers can learn crucial aspects of the skills taught in BMX.
Approximately 1 week after training, a report is sent to the group detailing the areas covered in training and a small report on every rider giving them something to target and continue progression.
International clinics are also available with Matt Cameron. Successful coaching clinics in Korea and Switzerland (UCI) have not only seen athletes progress beyond their perceived limits, it is coaches who can benefit from these clinics also.
